Salads from the CSA

CSA week 3 0616 sq

We’re moving into warmer weather, and of course the CSA will be bringing us more veggies. Every week  – usually on Friday – I post about this week’s produce box, and how I might use it.

In this post, though, I want to talk about salads. When it’s hot, I don’t want to cook. I’d prefer to assemble or mix cool and refreshing salads or fruit plates. I thought I’d present a small gallery of salads from this blog, as a reminder of good things to eat when it’s hot.
